We each have a specialized job to do when it comes to meeting your real estate needs. We have agents who are specialized in helping Buyers locate the property they are searching for, locate the type of lending that will most benefit the transaction, and assist the buyer in preparing and negotiating the purchase. We have agents who specialize in working with Sellers on the best time and price point in which to list their property, negotiate offers, and work directly with the other specialists involved to ensure a smooth transaction. We have a dedicated Client Care Specialist who is available to answer questions about the listing process, advertising, open houses, and provide showing feedback and offer suggestions. We have an in house Escrow Manager who tracks your sale or purchase from the beginning and works closely with title companies, lenders, agents, appraisers, and vendors to ensure that the transaction will close successfully. We also have a dedicated Marketing Manger who assists the agents in marketing homes. In addition we have a Rental department that can assist our clients in finding a temporary home while in transitions or awaiting new construction to be finished.
Born and raised in the Magic Valley, Sid has invaluable knowledge of the local community. He and his five siblings grew up on the ranch that is still owned and operated by his family. Sid continued to work on the ranch until 1991 when he traded in his boots for a career in real estate. From the onset, Sid built his career on hard work, consideration for his clients and dedication to provide excellent service. Over the years Sid obtained the following license, certification and accreditation: Real Estate Broker License, GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), Certification CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Certification CRB (Certified Residential Broker), Certification Accreditation in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance and, Broker’s Administration. Then in 1999 Sid opened Lezamiz Real Estate Company, with a dedicated support staff and agents the company’s nontraditional, innovative “Team” approach has helped him provide even better service to the residents of the Magic Valley.
Doug is an Idaho Native, who was born in Boise. During his childhood he and his family lived in Guam and Hong Kong before returning to Idaho 13 years ago. Doug and his “soul mate” Lori are blessed with 6 children and 1 grandchild. After many years in the health care field, Doug found and opportunity and began applying his passion for serving people, in real estate. He was recently appointed to the Greater Twin Falls Board of Realtors and serves as the Magazine Committee Chairperson. Doug feels extremely blessed, knowing he has helped hundreds of families successfully navigate the world of real estate. Doug’s mission is Relentless, Effective Pursuit of Security though Opportunity.
Kym has lived in Twin falls for 18 years. She worked in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer for several years before deciding to take some time off to be with her family and a new baby. Now that the kids are older she has decided to return to the Real Estate industry as a Buyer Specialist. Lezamiz Real Estate Co. is excited to have had Kym join our team. She loves working with people and is excited to help families achieve the "American Dream" of owning their own home.
Sharrie was born and raised in Kimberly and is the eldest of three girls. With a police officer for a father she was brought up with strong moral values and knowledge of the law. From a young age she was taught the value of hard work and honesty. Sharrie is the proud mother of two children and a step daughter. She chose a career in Real Estate because she loves working with people and helping make home buying a pleasant and positive experience.
Ricki was raised in Filer Idaho along with her older brother and four older sisters.Ricki and her husband Mark opened their dental practice, Mark W. Wright, D.D.S. P.A., in 1999 and have been blessed to work together for the past ten years.They have also been blessed with their two beautiful, sweet daughters Kelsi and Karson.Ricki has always loved working with people and is excited to join Lezamiz Real Estate Company as a Buyer Specialist. As A Buyer Specialist, Ricki's goal is to make purchasing your dream home or investment property a fun and exciting time.
Born and raised in Magic Valley. Kleta and her husband Bud raised three beautiful daughters on a farm in Murtaugh, where love, hard work, and commitment was the backbone of their success. Kleta and Bud owned and operated an insurance office in Burley for many years. After moving to Twin Falls, Kleta decided to take on yet another career. With Real Estate as her choice she is now a Buyer Specialist with the great team at Lezamiz Real Estate Co. and is committed to making home buying a positive and exciting venture.
Chanie was born and raised in Southern Idaho, graduating High School in Wendell and college at the College of Southern Idaho. She has always enjoyed working with people and interacting with the public. She has a bright and beautiful ten year old daughter, in her free time she enjoys any outdoor sports and activities, reading and spending time with her friends and family. As a buyer’s specialist, Chanie’s goal is to make your dream home a reality and bring you a happy and positive home buying experience.
Rachel has lived in Shoshone for 11 years. Rachel is currently pursuing a degree from Boise State University in General Business Management, while working at Lezamiz Real Estate Co. Rachel has lived on a ranch her whole life, and brings a strong work ethic to the office every day. She works with Doug Roe as his assistant, and just got her real estate license in July 2009 to better serve Doug and his customers. She and Doug work together to create the best buying experience possible for their customers, and to get them into a wonderful home.
Stephanie has successfully and dutifully served as the Escrow Manager at Lezamiz Real Estate Company for several years. She is a licensed realtor in the state of Idaho and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry. Stephanie is fully committed to making your real estate transactions precede as smoothly as possible. Stephanie has 4 teenagers that keep her pretty busy but in her free time she enjoys participating in marathons, skydiving and spending time with her friends. Stephanie also participates in several local charities as she loves serving the community.
